mansdell 27 Jan : 08:12 That is the newest version. If you have a close look at 10.1, the check only occurs when play stops. A turnover, pull, etc. do not count as a stoppage of play. only for: a time-out, foul, disputed possession, violation, safety stoppage or injury stoppage.
