Fun Tournaments this Summer

Hey Knights,
We have entered two fun Ultimate Tournaments this summer. These events are open to players of all abilities, if you are interested in coming and joining in the fun for either or both of the events please e-mail me before 27/06/08.

Hey Everyone,
From now on... One training a week
Tuesday 1830-on
Sefton Park
also...
Fitness with Coops.
Plyometrics / Shuttles from 6pm on Tuesdays (before practice)
Sprint session at Wavertree running track every wednesday, 7:00pm.
£2.50 entrace and should take about an hour.
Monday Night 3 on 3, Sefton Park, 6:30 - 7:30pm

Hi Knights,
This session will be run like a league, where you play with the same
teams week in week out, create names, rivalries etc...
anyone can create a team, come along and play...
these games are good for.
- disk skills
- fitness
- focus
- game sharpness
- decision making
- and surprisingly good for in game situations for outdoors.
